Fitness Accountability Group-- October!

So many people wait until a new year to decide to start working out (anyone else guilty of new year's resolutions that have yet to happen?!)....

What happens if you start working NOW? You get to enter into 2016 in the best shape you've been in, possibly in years! You get to start the year with a fresh mindset and a clean bill of health. Sounds pretty good right?

This 21 day challenge will teach you how to portion your meals what to eat, when to eat and what foods to help you get in the shape that you always wanted. It even comes with its own containers so you don't go over the portion you are supposed to eat.
*Everything is outlined and made simple so you don't have to do the math or any mental work.
*Workouts are only 30 min a day & they can get all done from home.
*The best part is that you can keep going with the same program after 21 days. Do one round of the 21 day fix or several rounds!

This challenge group is 21 days long.
